1. גלה ערוה - “None of you shall approach any one of his close relatives to uncover nakedness. I am the Lord. You shall not uncover the nakedness of your father, which is the nakedness of your mother; she is your mother, you shall not uncover her nakedness. LEVITICUS 18:6–7
  2. נדה - Then he is to take the two goats and present them before the Lord at the entrance to the tent of meeting. He is to cast lots for the two goats—one lot for the Lord and the other for the scapegoat. LEVITICUS 16:7–8
  3. נדה - This is the law for him who has a discharge and for him who has an emission of semen, becoming unclean thereby; also for her who is unwell with her menstrual impurity, that is, for anyone, male or female, who has a discharge, and for the man who lies with a woman who is unclean. LEVITICUS 15:32–33
  4. טמא - This is the law about beast and bird and every living creature that moves through the waters and every creature that swarms on the ground, to make a distinction between the unclean and the clean and between the living creature that may be eaten and the living creature that may not be eaten. LEVITICUS 11:46–47
  5. מלאים - [Moses said to Aaron and his son,] "And you shall not go outside the entrance of the tent of meeting for seven days, until the days of your ordination are completed, for it will take seven days to ordain you." LEVITICUS 8:33
  6. חטאת - "If the whole congregation of Israel sins unintentionally and the thing is hidden from the eyes of the assembly... when the sin which they have committed becomes known, the assembly shall offer a bull from the herd for a sin offering and bring it in front of the tent of meeting... And the priest shall make atonement for them, and they shall be forgiven." LEVITICUS 4:13–14, 20
  7. שׁלמים - “If his offering is a sacrifice of peace offering, if he offers an animal from the herd, male or female, he shall offer it without blemish before the Lord. And he shall lay his hand on the head of his offering and kill it at the entrance of the tent of meeting, and Aaron's sons the priests shall throw the blood against the sides of the altar." LEVITICUS 3:1–2
  8. מלח - “You shall season all your grain offerings with salt. You shall not let the salt of the covenant with your God be missing from your grain offering; with all your offerings you shall offer salt." LEVITICUS 2:13
  9. עלה - “If his offering is a burnt offering from the herd, he shall offer a male without blemish. He shall bring it to the entrance of the tent of meeting, that he may be accepted before the Lord. He shall lay his hand on the head of the burnt offering, and it shall be accepted for him to make atonement for him." LEVITICUS 1:3–4
  10. קרב - The Lord called Moses and spoke to him from the tent of meeting, saying, “Speak to the people of Israel and say to them, When any one of you brings an offering to the Lord, you shall bring your offering of livestock from the herd or from the flock. LEVITICUS 1:1–2
  11. קרן - When Moses came down from Mount Sinai... [He] did not know that the skin of his face shone because he had been talking with God... And when Moses had finished speaking with [the Israelites], he put a veil over his face. EXODUS 34:29, 33
