Reconciliation (10)
  1. The veil was not torn to let us in but to let God out.
  2. God lit within these ashes the fire of a promise: whoever they touched, that person became clean.
  3. Hers is not a beauty of breathtaking cathedrals, stained glass, or towering arches, but of a body.

  7. The son asked, ''What else does God count?'' The father said, ''When we get sad, or hurt, and we cry, God counts our tears.'' ''Every tear?'' the son asked. ''Yes, every tear,'' the father answered.
  8. Wouldn’t it be great if there were something that could de-shame us?
  9. Yes, He knows all—not only the sins you remember and are ashamed of, but also those you have forgotten and even those you never knew you committed.
  10. When Jesus was baptized, his Father’s voice fell from heaven, proclaiming, “You are my beloved Son, whom I love; with you I am well pleased,” (Mk 1:11). But there in the wilderness it did not seem so, did it?
