  1. In Jeremiah you cannot have comfort and consolation without a clear understanding of judgement.
  2. It is the Messiah’s mighty arm which will vindicate God’s people. We place our hope, trust, and full confidence in His nail scared but resurrected arms, feet, and side.
  3. The righteous dead in Christ have already passed through the judgment at Calvary where our sentence was pardoned on account of Christ’s shed blood and resurrection.
  4. We need God’s only begotten son, Jesus Christ, to gives us the true resurrection that can make our belief more than just dinner and a show.
  5. Jesus is the life of the people of God and, once more, at the empty doorway of His tomb He is the Word of everlasting life because He is not dead but alive forever.
